Overview of the Choir Department
The RCCG CRA Choir Department is a vital part of the church, dedicated to leading the congregation in worship through music and song. Comprised of vocalists and instrumentalists, the choir enhances the spiritual atmosphere during services, helping to prepare hearts for the Word of God. Their role in church ministration includes leading praise and worship, performing special musical presentations during services and events, and supporting other church departments during special programmes, weddings, and funerals.

Beyond the church walls, the choir also engages in community service, using music as a tool for outreach and evangelism. This may involve visiting hospitals, orphanages, and rehabilitation centres to minister through songs, participating in community events, and organising concerts or music workshops. Through these efforts, the choir extends the love of Christ and fosters a sense of unity and hope within the broader community.

If you are passionate about music and worship and feel called to serve, we welcome you to join us! Please reach out to the departmental leads for more information on how to get involved.

In terms of church ministration, the department ensures that the sanctuary and other spaces reflect the significance of each occasion, be it Sunday services, weddings, conferences, or festive celebrations. Their work often involves creativity, planning, and teamwork to communicate the message of Christ visually and meaningfully.

The department also plays a role in community service, lending their skills to support church-led outreach programmes, beautifying event venues, and contributing to projects that bring joy and dignity to local communities through visual presentation.

The dynamic children's department of CRA was established with the intention of serving kids of all ages. Children are God’s heritage. As guardians of God's precious heritage, we teach and show them God’s way to live & walk all.

The activities of this amazing and awesome ministry are designed to help children find and develop their potential so they can realise their God-given mission in the community, church, workplace, and career.

We guide children and teenagers from diverse backgrounds within our reach towards heaven by imparting the teachings of the Bible to everyone, directing them to Christ, and preparing them for God’s plans for their lives through discipleship. Our aim is to instruct them in the right path so that when they grow older, they will remain steadfast (Prov. 22:6). We provide our children and teens with solid Christian teachings.

We planned spiritual programs focused on children, such as Sunday lessons, Children weekends and Teens take over services. There are also activity groups of their choosing like (choir, drama, prayer , media and dance group), and vocational/skill training are included to prepare our children for future. You won't regret sending us your children, our future leaders, with the help of the Holy Spirit , they will discover their God’s given purpose and walk with God.
